Inappropriate intrusion into personal affairs
Dear
Mr. Schneider,
Today I
received your letter dated November 1, 2014.
Numerous
times the court and your office were made aware that as of July 2014 my
finances no longer qualify me for a tax paid lawyer, a fact you acknowledged in
a letter dated September 27, 2014.
Enclosed with the letter was the deposition and violation information on
file with the court which was the first I had seen them.
Again I
request the following information:

Did you file with the court the ADA Accommodation
request and supporting documentation handed to you June 5, 2014 ?
-
Did you inform the court on June 5 that I stated at
the courthouse I did not want your representation after you had me sign a
restraining order in the court room without being permitted to read it or have
a copy and stated you had never heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act?
-
How were hearings scheduled prior to allowing me to
know what charges/allegations were/are?
-
Why was a warrant for non appearance allowed to remain
when thorough documentation was provided showing the notices were sent to
contact information different that I provided via fax to Judge Langan? What more than providing my contact
information am I meant to do to assure I receive time sensitive documents? Was
I meant to receive them?

Why were charges listed at Disorderly Conduct/ Fight
Violent Behavior and law violated with the court while ticket does NOT list / Fight Violent Behavior or law violated Please provide a copy of the ticket on file
with the court

Why was I not permitted issue a statement the night
the alleged issue occurred?

Why have the abuse allegations against Peeksill Police
Department not been acknowledged?
-
Why was a statement proven false prior to being filed
allowed to go on/remain on record?
-
Please IMMEDIATELY
forward any/all documentation regarding any/all matter/issues involving me that
are before the court that you were provided with.
Please note
it seems the alleged charges are invalidated by reasons including but not
limited to those listed above and previously outlined.
Please note
that I do not qualify for a tax paid lawyer and am not privately hiring you therefore
accepting personal information on my behalf or contacting me for any reason
than to provide the requested information will be considered a violation of my
right to privacy and harassment with the intent to torture.
