Dear Judge Langan,
Thank you for your response via fax
dated September 24, 2014 in response to some of the information and requests
included in letters dated August 29, September 5, September 17, 2014 I faxed to
the court.
Missing from your response, yet crucial
are the discrepancies
- How is it I am faulted and warrant
issued for non-appearance of a date I was unaware of via the court sending to contact
information different than I provided?
Proof via documentation was faxed to the court proving I had not received
the August 7, 2014 appearance date until August 27, 2014. If further documentation or
clarification is required please advise.

In summons dated July 17th, 2014
charge lists disorderly conduct: fight/violent behavior, which differs from the
ticket, issued that lists disorderly conduct. ***Note: no law
violated is listed in the space provided for that information***

During the call with Mr. Schneider on August 30,
2014 he stated I needed to turn my self in and bring $500 cash. What is the purpose of arresting me and
requiring bail. Is not the purpose
of bail to assure attendance to the issues? That is what I have been and am already doing. And how is it he knows what it will be
or that I can walk in with it?
Seems off.
Also needing clarification:

In letter dated August 9, 2014 Schneider to
Mayer it states I am charged with bail jumping on a ticket (attached) that
lists Released on Own Recognizence therefore bail was not posted and could not
have been “jumped”

The letters also contained different contact information that provided
to the court, though different that the court utilized (see attached) which is
why I did not received them until August 27th, 2014. It is a surprising I received them at
all.

Letters received from Mr. Schneider (attached) have one
docket number 14-0806 and the faxes re non appearance contain two docket
numbers 13-0407 and 14-0806.
Please advise.
The record is clear, Arthur Schneider
Esq. does not demonstrate via his actions he is willing or able to represent my
interests in these matters. Given
the facts I believe to be forced to continue with him puts my freedom, safety
health and well being in danger.
That events have occurred as they
have is terrifyingly Kafkaesque and I do not believe I will be safe or
permitted to leave if I surrender myself to the police department whom I provided
video evidence of abuse and showed the bruises left in open court on June 5,
2014.
If these matters are to continue please
allow me to submit a statement regarding the events of May 31, 2014 associated
with the ticket issued.

Ticket issued listing Disorderly Conduct and no law ***note: violent behavior listed
in the summons dated July 17th, 2014 is not on the ticket issued,
address is wrong and no law violated is listed. When I asked question the latter two I was told only the
judge can change a ticket once issued and Id have to wait till Monday in a cell
to have it done.***
