To Whom it may Concern.
Thank you for the forms sent regarding the payments of above
listed SCU accounts labeled as child support paid via TD bank check #81601033-4
dated June 30, 2014.
To date my four children, now over 18 years, have received
ZERO dollars of the $72,082 labeled as child support paid June 30, 2014. Please advise when the monies will
reach them.
In the documentation you sent John Schmidt is listed as
custodial parent, he relinquished his partental rights to NYS and was not
custodial parent. xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxx and xxxxx are listed as ‘Schmidt children’ my married
name. In 2006, via NYS custody their surname was changed to xxxxx perhaps
these bits are what are causing the time delay.

listed above and on the previous correspondence, is:

The address you are using, PO Box xxx, xxxxxxxx belongs to
the benefactor who paid the monies to lift the liens and restrictions that
prevented me from earning a living that seem to accompany child support
collection.
Please direct
any correspondence addressed to me to the contact information I have provided.

To Whom it may Concern.
To date my four
children, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx and xxxx, (Schmidt Children) over 18
years, have received ZERO of the $72,082 labeled as child support paid June 30,
2014 to New York State. Please
advise when the monies will reach my children.
On October 23, 9_51 a.m. someone from tax and
finance left a message stating she heard I had a question, that I did not want
her department, left a 1-888-208-4485 number for support collection and no
contact name. She left her number,
518-485-6820 no name, in case I had a question for her department. If there are tax ramifications for the alleged
debt being paid by another party to remove collection actions including bank
account, drivers license and passport seizure please advise
The question
is, when are my children going to receive the $72,082 labeled as child support
paid in full to New York State June 30, 2014?
Please note; address I am sending
correspondence to is the one provided in response to my request for a statement
reflecting payment of $72,082 labeled as child support. If another department is the one to answer, please have
them contact me and directly. Whomever answers, please include a contact name
and address if different from above with an answer/response.
Also, please
note, letters/documents regarding these issues are being sent to an address
different than I provided. Please

Re Letter
from CCDSS via Valerie Caruso and ‘Child Support’ case numbers
October 31, 2014
Dear Commissioner Jablonka,
Please provide
an account closure statement/letter the payment to New York State Child Support
Enforcement reflecting the amount paid; $72,082. Neither letter from Director Valarie Caruso CCDSS lists the
amount paid, it is best if I have a clear record of account closure for my
files.
Please confirm any/all financial obligations pursued
via Columbia County Department of Social Services against my bank accounts and
future income have been satisfied permanently via payment of $72,082 June 30th 2014.
Also it is
stated in the letter from Director Valerie Caruso, the $72,082 labeled as child
support “represent reimbursement or repayment to Columbia County for benefits
or expenditures already provided” raising questions including but not limited
to;
-
Why was their father, John Schmidt, who signed
them into county care not charged $0 of the reimbursement labeled child support
-
Why was the $72,082 labeled child support and
pursued in my children’s name via de-habilitating actions allowed via the
‘deadbeat dad law’ when every penny goes to Columbia County/NYS?
-
What is the breakdown of the spending of the
$72,082
-
How is it logical or cost effective to force me
into poverty and onto ‘assistance’ to ‘repay’ monies for imposed ‘assistance’
for my children that separated my family and I fought to prevent?
Also it has come
to my attention that there may be tax ramifications via payment of $72,082
labeled as child support paid to Columbia County by an outside party to allow
me to regain an income not seized via Columbia County. Please any/all information regarding
what these tax issues are and how to address them.
Thank you for
your time and attention to these issues, I look forward to fully resolving them
and negating the need to communicate with CCDSS and regain self-sufficieny.
Best,
Michelle
