Teach a Man to Fish...

Haven't we all heard the bit "Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish, he'll eat forever?

Puppeted handouts are not working to shift poverty.... People need to be taught and permitted to learn to take themselves where they need, want and deserve to be.  

Poverty ought not eliminate the ability to build a legacy for a children to branch from.

The current approaches to assisting 'the less fortunate' are crippling and almost guarantee the inability to achieve self-sufficiency.
