Re: Un-received
documents from FOIA request dated 3-20-14
Dear Mr. Fran Brunelle,
To date I have not yet received most of the documents
requested in the FOIA request sent and received on March 20, 2014 (attached for
clarification).
On July 18, 2014 you stated the documents would be emailed/faxed
later that day, they were not received (audio attached for clarification).
The stress of the dynamics I was trapped in caused me to
literally fall on my face while heading for the train directly after speaking
with you resulting in multiple nose fractures (images attached for
clarification). It has not been possible to pursue the necessary facial surgery
because I am under constant threat from officers of the Peekskill Police
Department for complaining about their “friend Bruno and his son”. The last interaction smushed my face
into my table and left me bruised and terrified.
The toll fighting futilely for civil rights within the
system was clear so it seemed wisest to focus on rebuilding self-sufficiency
privately. A benefactor provided me with a year of housing and I believe, with
the artistic skills I possess my if my income Is not re-seized via Health and
Family Services I can do it.
Instead of focusing on rebuilding, since August I have been
fighting harassment via the infrastructure of Peekskill as a result of
complaining conditions including but not limited to months of complete lack of
hot water, unlawful entry, dangerous levels of harassment, manner of mail
delivery, excessive and rotting garbage directly under the unit; all prevented
by the letter of NYS tenant law. This
makes effective planning seemingly.
